This policy covers permitscoop.com and the PermitScoop email service.
What we collect from you
- Your email address, name and company when you start a trial, request a sample or request a county.
- The areas and ZIP codes you choose, and which emails we've sent you.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), kept for security and debugging.
- Which link or website first brought you here, kept in a first-party cookie for 90 days and saved with your sign-up or sample request.
- Anonymous page-view counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
How we use it
To send you the leads and emails you asked for, to run billing once you subscribe, and to tell you about coverage you requested. We don't sell or rent your information.
Property and permit data
The leads we deliver are built from public records. If you are a homeowner and want your property excluded from PermitScoop lists, email us with the address and we'll suppress it.
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
